Seriously? Are these three for real? As I was culling their images, I just kept gasping and ooohing and ahhhing. I’m IN LOVE with this session! I did what I could to make it easy on myself as the photographer–perfect time of day, great location, and I requested snacks be brought along for their little one. That being said, I could never plan or force the connection this family has with each other and the camera. It’s surreal, and what I’m always striving for! I interact with my clients while I photograph them, hoping to catch at least a few frames of this type of connection–the type when people let their guards down, drop their forced “camera smiles” and really look at me through the camera. It always takes some time, and not everyone can make the connection, but these three were so comfortable and natural with each other and the camera that some serious magic happened. I’m over the moon with excitement to show them (and you) this session. Enjoy!
