All roads to pregnancy are different. Some are clearly planned with few bumps and include detailed road maps. Some are more like roller coasters with surprises around each turn. And some are like that road trip you took with your parents as a teenager–many failed attempts to bring smiles to anyone’s face and it felt like years until you reached your destination. However simple or crazy the journey, once pregnancy occurs, the end result is always the same: at least one new life has been created and the lives of everyone involved are forever changed. This lovely couple’s journey was a bit like that road trip with mom and dad, but it’s clear in the end that it doesn’t really matter. They have a healthy and beautiful little boy and are so at east as new parents it’s like they’ve been doing it for years.
