Your wedding is both a culmination of everything you have been and the beginning of everything you will be together. It’s also a hell of a party! My goal as your wedding photographer is not just to capture this amazing moment, but to tell the story of who you are as individuals, as a couple, and as a part of a community that includes your family and friends. It’s important to me to offer services and products that are relevant and fit the needs of all my brides and grooms. I keep things simple and offer 2 packages that can be adjusted to provide the best coverage of you and the unique details of your day. I also include a product credit that you may use towards prints, canvas wraps, or a custom wedding album. It’s important to have something tangible from your day, but it’s my preference to leave that choice to you.
When it comes to family photography, the most memorable moments often occur between the posed shots. The giggles, the tantrums, the places, the pets, the love and the chaos that make your family unique: these are the emotions that I want my photos to rekindle in you (and your children) when you look at them over the days and decades to come.
I offer two types of packages that we can customize to fit your family’s needs. Portrait sessions generally last an hour, and while my focus will be on getting great (posed) portraits, I can’t help but include a handful of those candid moments in between. Lifestyle sessions start at 3 hours, with an emphasis on “day-in-the-life” style documentation. Take me along on your favorite Saturday morning adventure, or let me be a fly on the wall during a relaxing afternoon at home. I take a photojournalistic approach to all of my work, so no matter what you choose, expect to do more than just sit and smile when we meet!
Engagement sessions are a perfect way to celebrate your commitment, capture that amazing fiance-chemistry and get some great images for invitations, save-the-dates or holiday cards. They also give you a chance to see how I work and to get comfortable in front of the camera before your big day. (Don’t worry – everyone’s nervous at first, but I promise that by the end of the session you’ll be smiling). The session includes up to two locations. I’m happy to recommend some gorgeous spots, or, better yet, pick a place that’s meaningful to the two of you.
